Our Mission
A Healing Legacy is dedicated to providing spiritual and emotional care inspired by and rooted in the wisdom and values of Judaism and the Jewish tradition. Our mission is to offer resources for those living with illness or caring for the ill, those who are incarcerated, those who are bereaved, and anyone seeking resources to support their personal journey through these challenges.
We serve the entire diversity of the Jewish community regardless of age, class, financial capacity, intellectual or emotional status, sexual orientation, gender identity, familial status, or affiliation.

Our History
A Healing Legacy, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, was created to continue some of the work of the now-closed Bay Area Jewish Healing Center and additional new projects and programs.
We provide spiritual and emotional care rooted in the wisdom and values of Judaism and Jewish traditions by offering resources for those living with illness, caring for the ill, those who are incarcerated, those who are bereaved, and anyone seeking resources to support them through these challenges.
A Healing Legacy was established in 2022 and has been growing ever since.
